I love how this heats up and i enjoy massaging while listening to music!... And it also heats up on your eyes. It is so relaxing. I fell asleep the first three times of using it... so beware it will relax you which is the whole purpose and it does get rid of headaches it is really phenomenal - better than i expected!!
