At Phynox, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under reasonable conditions.
1. Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at phynox.service@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at phynox.service@gmail.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
